  • Randy Rovegno

    Featuring an unsurpassed energy, passion, and creativity, Randy has been responsible for successfully developing award-winning consumer and B2B campaigns and products throughout his career that have earned Product-Of-The-Year status, 10 MARK Awards, multiple Pro Max nods, ADDY's, and more. Randy understands how to create desirable and eye-catching promotions, campaigns, and initiatives and has created successful campaigns for amazing brands including ESPN, NBC, ABC, FOX, NFL, Upper Deck and more as well as possessing a significant portfolio of celebrities and legendary athletes including Jerry Rice, Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky, and Ray Romano. As a lifelong sports fan, Randy has a particular passion for the sports brands and his hobbies include multiple athletic activities like surfing, volleyball, and even a stint as a semi-pro football player.
  • Brett Stern

    A seasoned sales & marketing executive, Brett has over 15 years of experience in the entertainment and sports industries including management positions with The Harlem Globetrotters, Upper Deck, DIRECTV, and MTV Networks. He has developed multiple high profile campaigns for several well known brands including NASCAR, NBA, Scripps Networks, Turner, FOX, and Disney. His areas of expertise include consumer and affiliate marketing, grass roots/local marketing, brand development, retail promotions, and sponsorship sales. A lifelong avid golfer, Brett’s claim to fame is at the age of 17 he finished 13th in a Jr. golf tournament to a then 12 year old Tiger Woods. He holds a BA from Indiana University with a double major in Journalism & Spanish.

    Our Head of Creative Services with a passion for drawing/ creating things his entire life, Carmelo attended the Art Institute Los Angeles where he specialized in Multimedia Design/Vector Art. As a dynamic, creative, and original thinker, he has always had a unique ability to create new and different projects and amazing user experiences based on the users needs. With over a decade as the key creative point, Carmelo has a proven record of talking a project from conception through actualization and he is dedicated to making the projects the best they can be. And when he's not creating cutting edge promos, campaigns, and projects, he can be found flying around Los Angeles on his bike.
  • Steven Gravlin

    Steven brings a broad background in sports and entertainment to the LONGBOARD Marketing team, with extensive sales and marketing management experience with some of the largest brands in television. His diverse familiarity with affiliate and advertising sales, marketing campaign conceptualization and implementation, and business development in the interactive and digital space for Fox, DirecTV, and Comcast, provide a critical balance, having worked in multiple areas of the marketing decision making process. Steven’s work in event marketing is also extensive; he has assembled grass roots projects and high profile affiliate campaigns designed to promote consumer awareness, acquisition, and retention. When not focused on promoting your brand, Steven enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including skiing, scuba diving, backpacking, and watching his beloved St. Louis Cardinals.
